19:25a But the men would not listen to him.

However, the men refused to listen.

19:25b So the Levite took his concubine and sent her outside to them,

Then the Levite grabbed his slave wife and made her go outside to them.

19:25c and they raped her and abused her throughout the night,

19:25d and at dawn they let her go.

and released her in the early morning.
