Samson answered her, “If someone ties me with seven new bowstrings

Samson said, “Someone would have to tie me up with seven (7) new strings for a bow.

16:7b that have not been dried,

which are not yet dry
-or-
They must not be dried.

16:7c I will become as weak as any other man.”

I will become as weak as other men.”

Then I will become weak like other people.”
