10:13a But you have forsaken Me and served other gods,

But you have abandoned me ⌊again⌋ to serve other gods,
-or-
But now you have left me and worshiped other gods.

10:13b so I will no longer save you.

and I will not save you again.

That is why I will not rescue you ⌊from them any more⌋ .
