2:27a Then you will know that I am present in Israel

Then you (plur.) will know that I am among you (plur.) in Israel

At that time, you (plur.) will know that I am there with you (plur.), ⌊my people⌋ Israel.

2:27b and that I am the LORD your God,

and that I am Yahweh your (plur.) God.
-or-

⌊You (plur.) will know⌋ that I am your God, Yahweh,

2:27c and there is no other.

⌊You (plur.) will know⌋ that there is no other ⌊god⌋ .

I and I alone!

2:27d My people will never again be put to shame.

⌊You (plur.) ⌋ , my people, will not be humiliated ever again.

Never again will ⌊I allow anyone⌋ to shame/humiliate my people ⌊Israel⌋ .”
