2:19a And the LORD answered His people:

In answer ⌊to their prayers⌋ , Yahweh said,

He/Yahweh responded to his people,

2:19b “Behold, I will send you grain, new wine, and oil,

“I will supply you (plur.) with grain, fresh wine, and olive oil,
-or-
“I am causing ⌊the land⌋ to produce grain, sweet wine, and olive oil for you (plur.).

2:19c and by them you will be satisfied.

as much as you (plur.) want/desire.
-or-
You (plur.) will have plenty ⌊to eat⌋ ,
-or-
You will not lack ⌊food⌋ .

2:19d I will never again make you a reproach among the nations.

Never again will I cause you (plur.) to be scorned/despised by ⌊foreign⌋ nations.

and I will not allow foreigners to insult you (plur.) any more.
-or-
No longer will I let ⌊the people of⌋ other nations ridicule/mock you.
