1:14a So the LORD stirred the spirit of Zerubbabel son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah,
Therefore Yahweh motivated/energized the spirit of Zerubbabel, the ruler of Judah, ⌊who was the⌋ son of Shealtiel.

So Yahweh gave willingness and enthusiasm to Zerubbabel, the officer ⌊in charge⌋ of ⌊the province⌋ of Judah, whose father was Shealtiel.
1:14b and the spirit of Joshua son of Jehozadak, the high priest,
And ⌊Yahweh motivated⌋ the spirit of Joshua, the high priest whose father ⌊was⌋ Jozadak.

And ⌊Yahweh also stirred up⌋ the spirit of Joshua son of Jozadak, the chief priest,
1:14c as well as the spirit of all the remnant of the people.
And ⌊Yahweh motivated⌋ the spirit of the people ⌊in the city of Jerusalem⌋ .

and ⌊Yahweh stirred the hearts⌋ of all the people ⌊in Jerusalem⌋ who returned from Babylon.
1:14d And they came and began the work on the house of the LORD of Hosts, their God,
They came and started the work on the temple of their God Yahweh, Commander of heavenly armies.

They started to rebuild the temple of Yahweh, the completely powerful ⌊one⌋ whom they worshipped.
