Section 2:2-5

Yahweh began to respond a second time

2:2a Then the LORD answered me: “Write down this vision and clearly inscribe it on tablets,

Then Yahweh answered me: Write down what you (sing.) will see in the vision. Write it clearly on tablets,
-or-
And Yahweh gave me this answer: Write clearly on flat boards the things I will reveal to you ⌊soon⌋ in the prophetic vision.
-or-
Then Yahweh replied to me, “I will show you a vision. Write carefully the message from the vision so that people can see and read it easily.

2:2b so that a herald may run with it.

so that the reader may run with it. (TLV)

This way the one who announces it can run and read it ⌊to other people⌋ .
-or-
Then the messenger will run and read it aloud ⌊everywhere⌋ .
