2:16a You will be filled with shame instead of glory.

You (sing.) will be full with shame instead of glory.

⌊Yahweh will make⌋ you (plur.) full of disgrace instead of honor.

⌊But now the Babylonians⌋ themselves will be ashamed. No one will honor them.

2:16b You too must drink and expose your uncircumcision!

You (sing.) must/should drink now too and uncover your naked ⌊body, so that everyone can see⌋ that you are not circumcised.

Now you (plur.) will drink ⌊and become drunk. People will laugh at you because they will see⌋ you naked.
-or-

⌊It will be as if⌋ they themselves will also drink ⌊and become so drunk that people⌋ will see them naked.

2:16c The cup in the LORD’s right hand will come around to you,

You cannot escape the cup in Yahweh’s mighty hand which is coming to you (sing.).
-or-
The cup ⌊which represents⌋ Yahweh’s ⌊mighty anger⌋ is approaching, and you (plur.) ⌊will have to drink from it⌋ .
-or-
Yahweh ⌊will punish them severely in his anger/fury. It will be as if⌋ he will force/make them ⌊to drink from⌋ his cup ⌊full of wine, which represents his anger⌋ .
-or-
I, Yahweh, ⌊will punish them severely⌋ and they will not be able to avoid my ⌊anger⌋ .

2:16d and utter disgrace will cover your glory.

So great shame will replace your (sing.) glory.
-or-
As a result, your (plur.) honor will turn into disgrace.
-or-
The majesty of the Babylonians will disappear because of all the shame/disgrace they will suffer.

2:16a-d (reordered)

Yahweh ⌊will give⌋ you (sing.) the cup ⌊of punishment/judgment⌋ . You will have to drink from it yourself. Then you will get drunk and ⌊people will⌋ see you naked ⌊and realize that⌋ you are not circumcised. Instead of glory/honor you will receive only shame.
-or-
Yahweh ⌊will punish you (plur.). It will be as though he⌋ is now forcing you (sing.) to get drunk ⌊on bitter wine⌋ . ⌊Then people will see⌋ you naked. Instead of glory/honor, you will get only shame.
