7:17a With this money, therefore, you are to buy as many bulls, rams, and lambs as needed,

You (sing.) should/must be certain/careful to use this money to buy male cows, adult/mature male sheep and young male sheep,
-or-
⌊After you arrive⌋, spend/use (sing.) this silver and gold only/specifically to buy bulls and adult sheep and young sheep, all males.

7:17b together with their grain offerings and drink offerings,

and the offerings of grain/wheat and of drink/wine that go with them.
-or-
Also buy fine flour and wine for the offerings you are required to give together with the animals.

7:17c and offer them on the altar at the house of your God in Jerusalem.

Then give/offer (sing.) these on the gift/sacrifice place in Jerusalem at the temple of your (plur.) God.
-or-
Then you (sing.) must burn these animals together with the grain/wheat and wine on the place/platform for them at the house of the God that the Jews worship/serve.
