3:5a After that, they presented the regular burnt offerings

After that, they gave/offered the daily burnt sacrifices,

When the feast was over, they ⌊started/established again the custom/practice⌋ to burn animals/sacrifices ⌊for different occasions⌋. They completely/entirely burned animals/sacrifices each/every day.

3:5b and those for New Moons and for all the appointed sacred feasts of the LORD,

the burnt sacrifices at the time of the new moon, and the burnt sacrifices for all the sacred/holy festivals that Yahweh ⌊had commanded them to celebrate/do⌋.

They also completely/entirely burned animals/sacrifices on the first day of each month, and for/during each of the set times for special feasts/festivals ⌊to honor/worship⌋ Yahweh.

3:5c as well as all the freewill offerings brought to the LORD.

The people also brought voluntary gifts to/for Yahweh.

In addition, ⌊when⌋ people desired to give/offer something to Yahweh that was not commanded/demanded in the Law, they brought it ⌊to this altar⌋.
