2:7a They trample on the heads of the poor as on the dust of the earth;

They crush the heads of helpless people into the dust of the ground.

The wealthy people walk on the heads of poor ⌊people⌋ just like ⌊poor people were⌋ the dust of the ground.

2:7b they push the needy out of their way.

And ⌊they⌋ treat humble people with injustice.
-or-
Also ⌊they⌋ turn upside down the fair dealing to the afflicted people.

2:7c A man and his father have relations with the same girl and so profane My holy name.

A man and even his father profane my holy name by going to the same young woman.

A man and his father abuse the same slave girl and thereby make my holy name unclean.
