2:4a This is what the LORD says:

Yahweh says this,
-or-
This is what Yahweh said ⌊to me⌋ .

2:4b “For three transgressions of Judah, even four, I will not revoke My judgment,

“For three crimes of Judah, even more ⌊crimes⌋ , I will not revoke the punishment.
-or-
“I will certainly punish ⌊the people of⌋ Judah for the crimes they have done again and again.

2:4c because they reject the Law of the LORD

They have despised the instruction of Yahweh
-or-

⌊The people of Judah⌋ have thrown the teachings of Yahweh behind their back.

2:4d and fail to keep His statutes;

and ⌊they⌋ have not obeyed his statutes.
-or-
They have not done as he commanded them ⌊to do⌋ .

2:4e they are led astray by the lies

(English Standard Version🙂 but their lies have led them astray,

Instead, their falsehood has led them astray.

They were swept away by their falsehood,

2:4f in which their fathers walked.

(English Standard Version🙂 those after which their fathers walked.

⌊They were led astray by⌋ the lies that their ancestors followed.

which their forefathers followed in the past.
