2:20a “Bring me a new bowl,” he replied,

Elisha said, “Bring (plur.) me a new dish.

Elisha said, “Get/Give (plur.) me a new container

2:20b “and put some salt in it.”

Put (plur.) salt in it.”

with ⌊some⌋ salt in it.”

2:20a-b (reordered)

Elisha said to them, “⌊Take/Get⌋ a new bowl, put ⌊some⌋ salt in it, and bring (plur.) it to me.”

2:20c So they brought it to him,
