21:6a He sacrificed his own son in the fire,

He put his own son into the fire as a sacrifice/offering,

-or-

He burnt ⌊to death⌋ his own son as a sacrifice ⌊to false/pagan gods⌋ .

21:6b practiced sorcery and divination,

and he practiced witchcraft and divination/fortunetelling.

He took part in witchcraft and magic.

21:6c and consulted mediums and spiritists.

He consulted the spirits of the dead and evil spirits.

He also asked mediums and sorcerers for their advice/help.

21:6d He did great evil in the sight of the LORD, provoking Him to anger.

He acted in many other evil ways and so he made Yahweh angry.

He made Yahweh angry by doing many wrong/bad things ⌊like this⌋ .
