21:11a “Since Manasseh king of Judah has committed all these abominations,

“Manasseh king of Judah has committed disgusting sins.

“Manasseh, Judah’s king, has sinned in many terrible/horrific ways.

21:11b acting more wickedly

He has done worse things

-or-

He has sinned even more

21:11c than the Amorites who preceded him,

than the Amorite people who were here before him.

than the Amorite people sinned, that is, the people who lived ⌊in the land⌋ before the Israelites.

12:11b-c (reordered)

The evil things that he has done exceeds the evil that the Amorites who lived earlier had done.

The Amorites who lived earlier ⌊in the land,⌋ did many terrible things. But he has done even worse things than they did.

21:11d and with his idols has caused Judah to sin,

He has encouraged/persuaded the people of Judah to sin by ⌊worshiping⌋ his idols.
