19:11a Surely you have heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all the other countries,

But you (sing.) must have heard what the kings of Assyria have done to all the other lands.

-or-

But you should remember how the kings/rulers of Assyria have

19:11b devoting them to destruction.

They/⌊We (excl.) ⌋ have totally destroyed them.

-or-

completely wiped out all the other ⌊nearby/neighboring⌋ nations.

19:11c Will you then be spared?

What makes you (sing.) think that someone will rescue you?

-or-

And no one/god will be able to save you ⌊and your nation⌋ .
