18:5a Hezekiah trusted in the LORD, the God of Israel.

It was in Yahweh, the God of Israel, that Hezekiah trusted.

Hezekiah put his trust/confidence in Yahweh, the God of Israel.

18:5b No king of Judah was like him, either before him or after him.

Among all the kings of Judah before him and after him, there was none like him.

There was no king who ruled Judah before or after him ⌊as devoted to Yahweh⌋ as he was.
