“You may say that

18:22b ‘We trust in the LORD our God,’

-or-

you (plur.) are trusting in Yahweh your God.

18:22c is He not the One whose high places and altars Hezekiah has removed,

18:22c-e is a rhetorical question. It functions as an emphatic statement.

But Hezekiah has destroyed his places of worship and his altars!

18:22d saying to Judah and Jerusalem:

Hezekiah told ⌊the people of⌋ Jerusalem and ⌊the rest of⌋ Judah,

-or-

He forced ⌊everyone in⌋ Judah, including ⌊those in⌋ Jerusalem,

18:22e ‘You must worship before this altar in Jerusalem’?

‘You (plur.) must worship God ⌊only⌋ at the altar in Jerusalem.’

-or-
