17:13b Yet through all His prophets and seers,

17:13b the LORD warned Israel and Judah
Yahweh had warned ⌊the people of⌋ Israel and Judah. He had said,

Yahweh ⌊had sent this strong⌋ warning ⌊to the people of⌋ Israel and Judah.
17:13c Turn from your wicked ways
“Turn (plur.) away from your evil behavior.

He commanded the people to stop doing evil
17:13d and keep My commandments and statutes, according to the entire Law that I commanded your fathers
Obey (plur.) my orders and my rules. Follow the whole law that I gave to your ancestors to obey.

and to start doing what he had taught them and commanded them. He told them to follow all the laws that he had given to their forefathers.
17:13e and delivered to you through My servants the prophets.”
That is the law that I told my servants the prophets to give to you.”

He had given these laws to ⌊the people of Israel⌋ by his servants the prophets.
