10:13a Jehu met some relatives of Ahaziah king of Judah

he met some family members of King Ahaziah of Judah.

-or-

There he saw a group of people. They belonged to the house/family of ⌊the late/dead⌋ King Ahaziah of Judah.

10:13b and asked, “Who are you?”

He/Jehu asked them, “Where do you (plur.) come from?”

-or-

Jehu asked them who they were.

10:13c “We are relatives of Ahaziah,” they answered,

They answered, “We are members of Ahaziah’s family.

-or-

The people replied that they belonged to the house/family of King Ahaziah.

10:13d “and we have come down to greet the sons of the king and of the queen mother.”

We have come to see the family members of the king ⌊of Judah⌋ and of the queen mother.”

-or-

They explained that they were coming/traveling to greet the members of the royal family ⌊of Judah⌋ and the children of Queen ⌊Jezebel⌋ .
