33:4a Manasseh also built altars in the house of the LORD,

He built altars ⌊to other gods⌋ in Yahweh’s temple.

He ⌊had his people⌋ build platforms to offer sacrifices ⌊to other gods⌋ inside Yahweh’s own house.

33:4b of which the LORD had said,

This was the temple about which Yahweh had said,
-or-
This was the place where Yahweh had said

33:4c “My Name will remain in Jerusalem forever.”

“My name will stay in Jerusalem for all time.”
-or-
that they ⌊should worship⌋ his name forever.
