33:22a And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, as his father Manasseh had done.

He did what displeased Yahweh as his father Manasseh had done.

He did bad things that Yahweh disliked, just as his father King Manasseh had done.

33:22b Amon served and sacrificed to all the idols that his father Manasseh had made,

Amon worshiped all his father’s idols and made sacrifices to them.

He honored the idols King Manasseh had made and offered sacrifices to them.
