32:23a Many brought offerings to Jerusalem for the LORD and valuable gifts for Hezekiah king of Judah,

Many people brought offerings to Jerusalem for Yahweh, and expensive gifts to Hezekiah the king of Judah.

⌊As a result⌋ many people brought offerings to Jerusalem to offer to Yahweh. They also brought valuable presents for King Hezekiah, king of Judah.

32:23b and from then on he was exalted in the eyes of all nations.

From then on all the surrounding nations had great respect for the king.
