29:34a However, since there were not enough priests to skin all the burnt offerings,

However, there were not enough priests to remove the skins from all the animals killed as burnt offerings.

The sacrificers were not able to skin all of the animals for completely burned sacrifices.

29:34b their Levite brothers helped them until the work was finished

As a result, the Levites also helped them until the task of skinning the animals had been completed.

So other people from the clan of Levi helped them finish the skinning

29:34c and until the priests had been consecrated.

They continued to help until more priests had been set apart for Yahweh.
-or-
until more sacrificers had finished their ritual of purification.

29:34d For the Levites had been more diligent in consecrating themselves than the priests had been.

The Levites did this because they had done better at keeping themselves pure ⌊for Yahweh⌋ than the priests had.

This happened because the other men from the clan of Levi had been more diligent to keep themselves clean ⌊for service to Yahweh⌋ than the sacrificers.
