21:10a So to this day Edom has been in rebellion against the hand of Judah.
To this day Edom has remained independent of Judah.

Since then, Edom’s people have refused to obey the king of Judah.
21:10b Likewise, Libnah rebelled against his rule at the same time,
The town of Libnah also rebelled at the same time,

At this same time, the town of Libnah also freed themselves ⌊from Judah’s control⌋.
21:10c because Jehoram had forsaken the LORD,
because Jehoram had turned away from Yahweh,

This happened because King Jehoram had stopped worshiping Yahweh,
21:10d the God of his fathers.
