9:3a And the LORD said to him: “I have heard your prayer and petition before Me.

And Yahweh said to him: “I heard your (sing) prayer. I know what you have requested/asked of me,

Yahweh said to Solomon: “I have heard you (sing) asking me for help and mercy/grace, ⌊and I am answering you.⌋

9:3b I have consecrated this temple you have built

⌊and so⌋ I have sanctified this temple, which you (sing) have ⌊caused/ordered to be⌋ built.
-or-
This ⌊my⌋ house that you (sing) have had constructed, I have made/declared it holy,

9:3c by putting My Name there forever; My eyes and My heart will be there for all time.

I will live there forever and will always watch over it and care for it.
-or-
for it will be mine. I will always be present there, paying loving attention to it.
