9:25a Three times a year Solomon offered burnt offerings and peace offerings

Solomon sacrificed burnt offerings and fellowship offering three times a year

Three times each year, ⌊King⌋ Solomon brought burnt offerings and fellowship offerings ⌊to the temple⌋. He asked/told ⌊the priests⌋ to sacrifice them there

9:25b on the altar he had built for the LORD,

on the altar which he had built for Yahweh.
-or-
on the altar that he had ⌊ordered/caused his men⌋ to build for the worship of Yahweh.

9:25c burning incense with them before the LORD.

Along with the burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, he burnt incense before Yahweh.
-or-
At the same time ⌊King Solomon⌋ caused/ordered incense to be burnt in the presence of Yahweh.

9:25d So he completed the temple.

And so he finished preparing the house of Yahweh.

And in this way the temple was made ready ⌊for worship/Yahweh⌋.
