8:65a So at that time Solomon and all Israel with him—

So at that time Solomon and all the people of Israel kept/held the festival.

In this way ⌊King⌋ Solomon together with all the people of Israel celebrated the ⌊annual⌋ feast.

8:65b a great assembly of people from Lebo-hamath to the Brook of Egypt—

There was a huge crowd of people from ⌊everywhere between⌋ Lebo Hamath to the river of Egypt.

Great numbers of people came together. They came from ⌊all over Israel⌋, from Lebo Hamath ⌊in the north⌋ to the wadi ⌊at the border⌋ of Egypt ⌊in the south⌋.

8:65c kept the feast before the LORD our God for seven days and seven more days—

They celebrated before Yahweh our(incl.) God for seven days and then for another seven days,
-or-
They feasted before Yahweh our(incl.) God for a week. Then they feasted for another week,

8:65d fourteen days in all.

that is, for fourteen (14) days.

making a total of two weeks ⌊of feasting/celebrating⌋.
