8:41a And as for the foreigner who is not of Your people Israel

8:41b but has come from a distant land because of Your name—

who may come here because ⌊they hear about⌋ your name/fame in their far land.
-or-
They will come ⌊to Israel⌋ from lands far away when ⌊they hear about⌋ you.
