8:23a and said: “O LORD, God of Israel,

He said, “Yahweh, God of Israel,

8:23b there is no God like You in heaven above or on earth below,

8:23c keeping Your covenant of loving devotion with Your servants

For you (sing) are loyal to the covenant you made with your servants! You are always loving to them,

Just as you promised in your solemn agreement ⌊with Israel⌋, you show faithful love/kindness to those who serve you

8:23d who walk before You with all their hearts.

The Hebrew text is literally, “who walk before you with all their heart.”
