2:44a The king also said,

Then/And the king said to Shimei,
-or-
Then the king continued,

2:44b “You know in your heart all the evil that you did to my father David.

“You (sing) know all the evil ⌊things⌋ you did to David, my father. Yes, your heart/mind/conscience knows.
-or-
“You (sing) yourself are well aware of all the ways you wronged/harmed my father David.

2:44c Therefore the LORD will bring your evil back upon your head.

So now, Yahweh is going to pay you (sing) back for the evil you have done.
-or-
Yahweh is now going to punish you (sing) for all that evil.
