22:13a Then the messenger who had gone to call Micaiah instructed him,

The messenger who had gone to call/get Micaiah said to him,

The official sent to bring/fetch Micaiah spoke to him ⌊about what was happening⌋.

The man whom the king had sent to get Micaiah told

22:13b “Behold now, with one accord the words of the prophets are favorable to the king.

“Listen! The prophesies/messages of all the other prophets are favorable to the king.
-or-
He told Micaiah, “Please notice that every other prophet is saying positive/good things to the king.
-or-
him to be aware that the other prophets were all agreed in speaking/giving good messages.

22:13c So please let your words be like theirs, and speak favorably.”

Please let your message be like one of them. Speak a good message ⌊to/for the king⌋.”
-or-
You too, please, give the king a good/positive message just as those prophets are doing.”
-or-
He asked Micaiah to say similar good/encouraging words.
