21:19a Tell him that this is what the LORD says:
You (sing) are to tell/give him this message from Yahweh.
-or-
Tell (sing) him that I, Yahweh, say to him,
21:19b ‘Have you not murdered a man and seized his land?’
(1) Here the Hebrew does not make the objects of the verbs explicit, but the implied objects can be made explict in translation if this is more natural. (2) This is a question in the Hebrew text. It is a rhetorical question that adds emphasis to Yahweh’s accusation against King Ahab. It can be translated as an emphatic statement if that is more natural in your language.
‘You (sing) have murdered someone, have you not? You have taken his land/property for yourself, have you not?’
-or-
‘You (sing) have killed a man and taken control of his property.’ (Good News Translation)
21:19c Then tell him that this is also what the LORD says:
You (sing) are also to give tell him this message from Yahweh.
-or-
Then tell (sing) him that I, Yahweh, also have this to say.
21:19d ‘In the place where the dogs licked up the blood of Naboth,
‘In the place where the dogs licked up the blood of Naboth,
-or-
‘The place where the dogs lapped/drank Naboth’s blood
21:19e there also the dogs will lick up your blood—yes, yours!’”
the dogs will lick up your blood, yours too.’”
-or-
is where they will lap/drink your blood also!’”
