21:15a When Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned to death, she said to Ahab,

Jezebel heard that Naboth had been stoned and that he had died. Immediately she said to Ahab,

When she received that news, Jezebel told Ahab

21:15b “Get up and take possession of the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite,

“Get up now. Seize/Take (sing) for yourself the vineyard of Naboth of Jezreel,
-or-
that he could go and claim Naboth’s vineyard for himself.

21:15c who refused to give it to you for silver.

the vineyard he refused to give/sell to you for money.
-or-
She said, “Naboth would not sell that vineyard to you before.

21:15d For Naboth is no longer alive, but dead.”

For/Because Naboth is not alive now. He has died.”

But now he is dead. He is no longer living.”
