The queen of Sheba visited King Solomon

10:1a Now when the queen of Sheba heard about the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the LORD,

The Hebrew text that the New International Version translates as “and his relationship to the LORD” is literally “for/concerning the name of Yahweh.” The meaning of the phrase in this context is uncertain.

When the queen of Sheba heard the news/report about Solomon, ⌊what he had done⌋ for the name/praise of Yahweh,
-or-
The queen of Sheba heard what ⌊King⌋ Solomon ⌊had done/built⌋ ⌊to praise/honor⌋ Yahweh.

10:1b she came to test him with difficult questions.

she came to see Solomon. She wanted to see if he could answer her difficult questions.
-or-
So she came/traveled ⌊to Jerusalem⌋ to ask Solomon about some difficult problems and test/learn ⌊how wise he was⌋.
