9:23a I do all this for the sake of the gospel,

I live in this way to help people accept the gospel,

I change/adapt my life in these ways to help people everywhere believe the good news ⌊about Christ⌋,

9:23b so that I may share in its blessings.

so that I can be among those who receive the blessings ⌊it offers⌋.
-or-
so that I, together with them, will receive the good things that are promised in that good news.
