6:14a By His power God raised the Lord from the dead,

Just as God in/through his power raised the Lord from death,
-or-
God worked powerfully to cause the Lord ⌊Jesus⌋ to live again after he died,

6:14b and He will raise us also.

so also he will raise us (incl.) from the dead.
-or-
and ⌊some day⌋ God will work/act in power to make us (incl.) alive again also.
-or-
and he is strong/powerful/mighty and he will also cause us (incl.) to live again ⌊after we die⌋.
