15:22a For as in Adam all die,

For because of Adam everyone dies,
-or-
For because we (incl.) are joined/connected with Adam we (incl.) will all die.

15:22b so in Christ all will be made alive.

and so because of Christ everyone will live again.
-or-
In the same way, because we (incl.) are joined/connected with Christ, we (incl.) will all come alive from the dead.
