14:30a And if a revelation comes to someone who is seated,

And if God reveals something to one of the audience/listeners/congregation,

If someone other than the speaker receives a message from God,

14:30b the first speaker should stop.

then the first speaker should stop prophesying/speaking.
-or-
then the one speaking should be silent ⌊to let the other one speak⌋.
