6:66 And some of the clans of the Kohathites were given cities from the tribe of Ephraim for their territory:

⌊This is a record of⌋ the towns and territory assigned ⌊by means of sacred lots⌋ to the rest of the clan of Kohath. ⌊They received/inherited/got towns⌋ from ⌊the territory of⌋ the tribe of Ephraim to be their own land/territory.
-or-
Ephraim’s clan gave these towns to the other/remaining clans of ⌊Levi’s son⌋ Kohath ⌊to live in⌋ .
-or-
The tribe of Ephraim gave ⌊the remaining⌋ Kohathites some towns from their territory.
