23:13a The sons of Amram: Aaron and Moses. Aaron and his descendants were set apart forever

Amram’s sons were Aaron and Moses. Aaron was chosen for a special work. (English Easy-to-Read Version)

His oldest son, Amram, was the father of Aaron and Moses. (GNTD) Yahweh had chosen Aaron and his descendants

23:13b to consecrate the most holy things,

{He and his descendants were chosen} to always prepare the holy things for the Temple service.
-or-
to be in charge of the sacred things for all time.

23:13c to burn incense before the LORD,

They would offer sacrifices to Yahweh.
-or-
They served Yahweh by offering sacrifices to him

23:13d to minister before Him, and to pronounce blessings in His name forever.

They would serve him in the temple. And they would use his name to bless the people. (EEB) This was their job forever.

and they blessed the people in his name. Their job was to do all that was necessary in the Temple for all time to come.

23:13a–d (combined)

Amram was the ancestor of Aaron and Moses. Aaron and his sons were set apart for the holy service of sacrificing the people’s offerings to Yahweh. They would serve Yahweh and pronounce blessings in his name for all time to come.

Amram was the father of Aaron and Moses. God chose Aaron and his sons ⌊and their sons after them⌋ to always do the special work in the Temple. Their job was to prepare the holy things in the Temple for service. They also were to burn incense in honor of Yahweh, and to offer sacrifices and bless the people in his name forever.
