15:29a As the ark of the covenant of the LORD was entering the City of David,

The box of the covenant of Yahweh was ⌊being⌋ brought into the City of David.

⌊The Levites⌋ were bringing the box of the agreement of Yahweh into ⌊Jerusalem. They brought it to the area called⌋ the City of David.

15:29b Saul’s daughter Michal looked down from a window

And Michal the daughter of ⌊King⌋ Saul was watching from ⌊her⌋ window.

⌊As they were doing this,
⌋ Michal watched ⌊them⌋ from the window ⌊of her house⌋ . ⌊Michal was⌋ the daughter of ⌊King⌋ Saul ⌊and a wife of King David⌋ .

15:29c and saw King David dancing and celebrating,

She saw ⌊her husband⌋ King David dancing and jumping ⌊with joy⌋ .

⌊Michal saw her husband,⌋ King David, dancing and celebrating ⌊with a lot of happiness⌋ .

15:29d and she despised him in her heart.

⌊When⌋ she ⌊looked down and saw⌋ him, she had contempt for him in her heart.

⌊When she saw him doing that,⌋ in her heart she did not like it at all.
