7:23a Whatever is commanded by the God of heaven

All that the God who is in heaven has commanded
-or-
Whatever the God ⌊who rules from⌋ heaven requires/wants

7:23b must be done diligently for His house.

for the temple of God you (plur.) must do/give faithfully.

for his house, supply (plur.) ⌊Ezra⌋ exactly/completely with those things.

7:23c For why should wrath fall on the realm of the king and his sons?

Should ⌊we (incl.) fail to do what the God of heaven requires and risk⌋ his anger against all the people that the king and his sons rule? ⌊Certainly we should not fail to do what he requires!⌋

Do it so that God will not be angry and punish me, my sons, and all our (excl.) kingdom.
-or-
We (incl.) do not want God to be angry toward me, my kingdom, or my sons.
