4:21a But as he lay sleeping from exhaustion,
He was very tired and so he was in a deep sleep.

But Jael, Heber’s wife, took a tent peg and a hammer and quietly went to Sisera.

4:21c She drove the peg through his temple and into the ground,
She hammered the peg through his temple and into the ground

Sisera was exhausted and fell into a deep sleep. Jael, Heber’s wife, took an iron nail from the tent. She got a hammer and approached Sisera quietly. She drove the nail into his temple and it went through into the ground. Then Sisera died.
