King Jotham ruled Judah

15:32a In the second year of the reign of Pekah son of Remaliah over Israel,

When Pekah son of Remaliah had ruled Israel for about two years,

About two years after Pekah son of Remaliah had become king of Israel,

15:32b Jotham son of Uzziah became king of Judah.

Jotham son of Uzziah started to rule Judah.

Jotham son of Uzziah became king of Judah.
