5:6a And the letter that he took to the king of Israel stated:

He also took the letter for the king of Israel. The letter said:

He also brought⌋ the letter for the king of Israel. ⌊In it⌋ ⌊the king of Aram/Syria⌋ said/wrote,

5:6b “With this letter I am sending my servant Naaman,

“The man who comes to you (sing.) with this letter is my servant Naaman. I have sent him

“I have told my officer Naaman to bring/carry this letter to you. (sing.)

5:6c so that you may cure him of his leprosy.”

so that you (sing.) may heal him from his leprosy disease.”

He has a serious skin disease ⌊and I want⌋ you (sing.) to make him well.”
