16:4a Anyone belonging to Baasha who dies in the city will be eaten by dogs,

Dogs will eat the dead bodies of your (sing) family members who die in the city.

If they die in the city, dogs will eat their bodies/corpses.

16:4b and anyone who dies in the field will be eaten by the birds of the air.”

Birds will eat the dead bodies of those who die in the countryside/bush.”

If they die in the open fields, vultures will eat them.”
