36:5a Jehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he became king,

Jehoiakim was twenty-five years old when he started to rule,
-or-
Jehoiakim became king when he was twenty-five (25) years old.

36:5b and he reigned in Jerusalem eleven years.

and for eleven years he ruled in Jerusalem.
-or-
He was the king in Jerusalem for eleven (11) years.

36:5c And he did evil in the sight of the LORD his God.

He did what displeased Yahweh his God.
-or-
He did bad things that Yahweh his God disliked.
