33:11a So the LORD brought against them the military commanders of the king of Assyria,

So Yahweh sent the king of Assyria’s military commanders to them.

33:11b who captured Manasseh, put a hook in his nose, bound him with bronze shackles

They took Manasseh prisoner. They tied him up with bronze chains, put a hook through his nose

33:11c and took him to Babylon.

and led him to Babylon.
