2:4a Behold, I am about to build a house for the Name of the LORD my God

I am planning to build a temple to honor the name of Yahweh my God.
-or-
I want to build a house where ⌊people can worship⌋ Yahweh my God.

2:4b to dedicate to Him

I will dedicate this temple to him
-or-
It will be a holy place that I will set apart for him.

2:4c for burning fragrant incense before Him,

to burn sweet-smelling aromas before him
-or-
⌊In that place⌋ we (excl.) will burn sweet smells to him

2:4d for displaying the showbread continuously,

and to set out the holy bread regularly.
-or-
and offer special bread to him ⌊every week⌋.

2:4e and for making burnt offerings every morning and evening

We (excl.) will make burnt offerings every morning and evening,
-or-
We will offer completely burned sacrifices each morning and evening.

2:4f as well as on the Sabbaths, New Moons, and appointed feasts of the LORD our God.

on the Sabbath days, at new moons, and at the other appointed festivals of Yahweh our (excl.) God.

We will also offer them every day of rest, on new moon days, and on the other feast days that Yahweh our God has established.

2:4g This is ordained for Israel forever.

These are the rules that Israel must obey for all time.
